Can't sleep? Can't wake up early?

Aloha! Here you'll find some good tips for your problems speaking of waking up early and sleeping well. Let's see...

CAN'T SLEEP?

1. Before you go to bed, it's important to drink a cup of worm milk because you will feel wonderful and fulfilling. Also, it's recommended to take a shower before you sleep for the same reasons.

2. I know this shall be hard, but try to put away your electronics about 30 minutes before you go to bed. This move will make our mind feel clear and you're reducing the stress, too.

3. You can also try to inhale about 4 seconds, hold for 7 sec and hale about 8 seconds. After that, positioned yourself on left side. Trust me, it works.

4. If you are in a state of despair because you REALLY can't sleep, think about girls and boys names that start with each alphabet letter.

CAN'T BE A MORNING PERSON?

1. When you wake up, before doing anything else, drink a glass of water. Just do every time and you'll see he difference in a few days.

2. You surely put your alarm on... the question is "WHERE o you put your alarm?". Even if it's a clock or another electronic that wake you up, put it away for you, in the other side of he room. You'll be bound to wake up.

3. If you had a dream or if you have any plans for the day, write them down as quick as you can. Your brain will start the work immediate.

4. Make ahead a "TO DO' list and you'll feel motivated to complete all the things that you wrote there.

5. Go at our window, open it, and STRETCH.
